Mistress,-I ask you to excuse me if my daily work prevents me seeing you as I would wish; for I dare not go away, for many of my people are sick, and soon it will be our Communion. But take comfort with your worthy and honest hearted pastor, Mr Robert Glendinning, to whom the Lord has given the tongue of the learned, to minister a word in season to the weary.
