Jos Plateau Update

Reports are that Independence Day was peaceful and without any disturbance despite a document circulated threatening all manner of violent disruption. However Christian leaders have expressed concern that the administration of the present Christian Plateau governor seems to be going the usual way of Nigerian politics and all is not being done with proper financial probity. There are also indications that there are financial questions too that even extend to persons in church leadership. As we pray for peace we should also pray FOR INTEGRITY IN BOTH STATE AND CHURCH. It is better to pray than talk. God still has many people who love truth in Government and the Church.
