Shocked to be told that sometime between early March and July I had a symptomless heart attack which is the cause of present heart failure. I need to have an angiogram but have to be recovered enough for the procedure. It will determine what treatment there will be, anything from stents to bypass. So goodbye to taking a wedding and preaching this weekend. But I am good in spirits and have a spacious side room with a view of Wembley, Shard and city. No worries.
