Annual check up today and I am, with the aid of my nightly machine, pronounced normal. I now stop breathing five times an hour while asleep. Under ten times is normal. A year ago it was fifteen times. Before treatment it was over fifty times an hour, hence my daily sleepiness.
Last week the consultant cardiologist discharged me too saying no heart problem and blood pressure under control. Apart from the weight I might be described as fit for purpose. I am thankful.
