A second year's reading and the sleep problem

Having now for two years blogged my monthly book reading it time to analyse my reading. 127 books this year and 97 last, but my increased reading has been mainly novels. Also increased is reading to my grandchildren. I would have had a much highter overall increase if he had not been for sleep apnoea, which, after a month on the machine to help me breathe at night, is much improved. I was stopping breathing once every minute. Now it is once every four minutes. Normality is once every fifteen minutes I am told. The machine is computerised to count these events. Now I am still sleeping if I read after lunch but naps in front of the TV are much less frequent. When cardiology sort out my shortness of breath also I expect less sleepiness. The account of this problem is yet to be posted.
