Saturday night I did not sleep well. Too excited at the week's prospect. So after continental breakfast I snoozed an hour before walking into town. It takes perhaps helf an hour to Calvin's cathedral which is up a steep hill. I did ask why it was still a cathedral as there no bishop's since the reformetio to have a chair (cathedra) and was told, 'It was tradition. Edinburgh still has St Gile's cathedral.'
