No C of E or free church service here today. RC at 4pm so I may try mass if I have no visitors to save me from the pope. When I was an Ealing councillor, 1990 tp 98, I would go to civic services with the mayoral party. I preferred RC to liberal protestant as most of a mass is biblical, liberalism is another religion. And the RCs gave us better refreshments, especially at the Polish Church.
