An Expanding Population

A document from our Ealing Council says, 'In the last 10 years there has been a: 

o 30% increase in births across the borough 

o 37% increase in births in Ealing North 

o 33% increase in births in Ealing South '

Of course they do not give us any ethnic analysis. Why is it that the race relations industry collects irrelevant statistics but hides the relevant ones? In my own profession I never saw any ethnic analysis of statutory disciplinary cases.
