Legal lying

Sky News says, on Monday March 02, 2009,'Women who have babies after IVF are to have a wider choice over who can be named as the second parent.
Same-sex couples who have a child after IVF will both be named on birth certificates
The change in legislation paves the way for lesbian couples to name their partners on the birth certificate.
At the moment, a husband is automatically named as the father after IVF unless he did not consent to the treatment.
The new law, which comes into effect on April 6, will extend this rule to same-sex couples.
Single women will also be allowed to name the second parent - and it does not need to be their partner.
The chosen person can be anyone except a close blood relative or someone who refuses to give their consent.
The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority said couples may wish to postpone treatment to take advantage of the legislation.
"If a lesbian couple, for example, were thinking about having IVF treatment they might be better off waiting until April because the rules about who they can name as a second parent will make things easier," a spokeswoman said.
But the change has prompted critics to argue it could be bad for children in the long run.
Conservative MP Ann Widdecombe said: "Every child has got a right to a father and this bill for the first time quite deliberately creates a situation where children are born without a father.
"A father plays a unique role in a child's life. The effect is quite simple. You're going to deprive a child from the outset."'

If there are no illegitimate children, only illegitimate parents. these ones are lying bastards.
