If so you are more secular than Jewish ( To be fair I think that applies to most except some orthodox)All people including politicians have a basis for their action and a bias. Some of them know it but many do not.
Alan asks for votes on the basis of policy not religion. Our party has had support from non-Christians.
My vote will be on principle with the first for Alan. Boris and Ken will go to the second votes. My second vote will be to stop Ken.

Have a happy Passover!Graham Weekshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06780884820746512099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7447457.post-16322773345623959592008-04-20T01:26:00.000+01:002008-04-20T01:26:00.000+01:00I have nothing against Christians. I have in fact ...I have nothing against Christians. I have in fact alot of respect -utmost -for those who take their faith seriously . (aprt from Islamic militants).
However I think religion should stay out of politics. Not because I am Jewish but because being a politician in todays Western modernised society means you ahve to be very openminded and unbiased. Whilst I agree we definitely don't want a mad mosque here I believe political activists should not be asking for votes on the basis of their religion. Rather on the basis of what they can and will do and past achievements for constituents. If political activists happen to have a strong belief in their faith fair enough but why use it to pull votes?
Besides-voting for Alan Craig will not ensure we get rid of Ken. Voting for Boris will.
I have a lot of time for Alan Craig just would not want a Christian who uses his religious beliefs to gain power. Nor would I want a Jewish orthodox person to become leader. I don't believe in any bias - we have to come to terms with the fact that whilst faith is important and has a clear role in itself it should never interfere with political decisions in London.Fenellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11063610253019478533noreply@blogger.com
